I saw a post about this earlier but can’t find it now. Does anybody know how to fix this issue on PlayStation? My game is constantly crashing, I lose all my stuff, the schematics I unlocked are suddenly locked and now it’s telling me to purchase the game when I already own it…
I’m seriously losing all motivation to play because there’s no reward anymore. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried checking the game for updates that haven’t happened or reinstalling zombies. You need the base game and zombies packs installed to play zombies, it’s possible you could have deleted one py accident if you were cleaning up installs, or they have gotten corrupted somehow. I personally haven’t seen or heard of this issue.

lmfao it just kicked me again. as soon as i geared up again it “lost connection to host”. this isn’t fun anymore which is such a shame bc it used to be such an enjoyable game mode
I had a lot of issues lately as well. A reinstall might be in order.

Restart your router. You are losing Internet connection. If this doesn’t solve problems buy another router. The Internet disconnected will also cause game to say you don’t own it. Check Nat type by going to options, then to network settings then down to network. It will be about the 4th line down. Should say Nat Type open/moderate or strict. If it doesn’t say Open then this is your problem. Again restart your router.
