*MSI X670E – 7800X3D – Gigabyte 4090 – GSKILL Z5 64GB*
This is a long shot, troubleshooting an issue I’ve had for the last 3 days:
After a change of cooler, I noticed a huge drop in performance. I tried all the usual suspects and fixes, nothing. From the looks of things, my GPU is running at 1/3rd of its capability, hopelessly stuck there.
Running furmark: https://i.imgur.com/oIw2fj5.png – Power is stuck at 52W, clock at 840, etc.
Possibly helpfull to my issue, Afterburner has 0 control over the card. Even setting everything to the max, there are no change whatsoever.
Has anybody experienced that as well? Any fixes? Also the GPU fans are completely unresponsive, they show no readings, and will not kick in, even at 75°C.

Your card is instant crashing and going into safe mode. Try maybe +100Mhz and see if that works.
