Trying to do some noise curve tuning for my fans, and my In Win [AN140](https://estore.in-win.com/products/neptune-an140) case fans bottom out at 830 RPM at 0% PWM (rated for 900 RPM minimum). Is there any way to drop it another 100 rpm to be library quiet?
I do have some Noctua low noise adaptors, but they are strictly rated for 2.5W only and for a single fan. I know the AN140 draws about 2.5W peak per fan, but I have them daisy chained so I’ll easily exceed 2.5W. Any help would be great, thank you!

You could try switching to voltage control.
