Ye the walls (and ceiling) could do with a color. I would’t go for grey myself (from experience it really takes a lot of light away if it’s a darker grey) but hey that’s entirely up to you.
Maybe a led/neon strip going round on the edges of the ceiling or floor. Tho that can get pricy the longer they get.
A led lightbar. Those come in various shapes and sizes. Some can be hooked up to the PC as well.
Or a led floorlamp in a corner, which is basically a long stick that can do colors.
Other than that your setup looks good. Clean not too crowded.
What chair is that?
Get a nice blanket or pillow for couch
