I want to overclock my i9-10900K But can’t figure out how

I want to try squeeze a little more power out of my i9-10900K to see if I can increase fps by a little but and I know it can be but I have no idea how to do it on my motherboard I can not find any information online about this and I was wondering if anyone knows how to over clock a cpu on a Asrock Z490 Phantom Gaming O/C Motherboard. If you could let me know what settings to do or start at that would be great!
