If you just want to fuck everything up and not sneak around: 20 bod, 20 tec, 20 int. Tons of health for overclock, adrenaline and damage reduction, all the chrome bonuses. I use charge jump and outdoor fights are basically: hold jump, run at enemies, release, activate scanner and enter slow time, fry everyone’s brain before I touch the ground, repeat.
If want to make a show of it, contagion and overheat/la chingona/fire fists.
If there’s an enemy runner, they get a Suicide or Cyberpsycho, and then I get to watch their entire network kill themselves.

Probably cyberware synapse burn infinite loop combo. If you kill fast enough you always have overclock active and it just gets more efficient as it goes on. Can run through any horde of enemies on very hard without shooting a bullet.

Arasaka netdriver build. using cameras to slaughter everyone while you sit in your car outside of the mission area. Really OP if you use quickhacks that spread.

Not sure if it’s the “most powerful” but pretty much everything was a breeze on very hard on my netgunner. INT/Tech/Reflex. Use 2 smart SMGs and hacks. I liked the Twitch drop iconic Warden and Shingen Prototype.
By the end, I’d just overclock, drop contagion, then airdash to kerenzikov and spray and pray. Though it’s Smart guns with instant lock on, so you’re always hitting, no praying involved. And the explosive rounds on the Shingen cause ignites, which combined with contagion , also explode. Could clear the entire beach at Pacifica in one Overclock that way.
Keep some big hacks in your pocket for machines / bigger targets that don’t drop immediately.

Best netrunner build is equipping three legendary katanas, Reflex, Tech, Body, stacking so much fucking chrome on your bones that you’re a blur and slicing nerds to pieces before they can toggle their soy vision.

It really depends on play style after 2.0. Each cyberdeck can be built into god-tier based on play style. For me, its a Raven build that spreads whole areas in a second, then blowing them all up with unlimited ram.

If you go through PL and get all the stuff for the Canto deck with blackwall gateway you just overclock and it spreads to everyone. It’s ridiculously fun.

Netrunning is honestly just broken when you get all the right perks and gear. I’ve never even had it maxed. Tried to netrun my first playthrough and it was so OP I got bored. When a netrunner traces you you launch suicide on him and everyone is dead. It’s pretty lol OP. Or then you can memory wipe a whole building after hacking a camera and just ruin everyone before even stepping inside. It’s so strong and I’m not even good at it. lol.

Netrunner is super strong, even on VH, with most sensible focused builds. Only issue is generally when you hit a boss in the early game. Hitting against Royce on VH as a Netrunner is pretty tough in the early game.

If you want to go for a stealth gameplay then go for 20 cool and 15 tech 6 body. But personally I think the stealth build is not as powerful as the non-stealth build
