8000 is very hard to get to work. I gave up on 7800 and now run 7400 24/7 and stress test stable

Try reducing SA to 1.2 or 1.25v. Raptor Lake and DDR5 generally become more unstable with higher SA as opposed to DDR4.
Your other voltages are not unreasonable as they are – you just need to find a sweet spot. I find that SA at 1.2v, IVR VDDQ TX at 1.35v, and IMC VDD2 at 1.4v is a good starting point.
