From what I read 6000-6200 on CL 30 is what I need
Can I use them?
Or just sell them and buy what AMD needs?

No, they are XMP and will cause your 7800X3D to enter cold fusion, blowing up you, your house, and your neighborhood in the process. Not recommended. /s
It will be fine, some manual tweaking is recommended, but it will be able to run XMP out of the box on a good motherboard
