Does being voltage limited means your reliability voltage is limited or does it have to be max operating voltage? I am trying to flash vbios of 4080 and wanted to know whether its pointless since I will be voltage limited or not

When I run occt or games, my reliability voltage says “YES” implying it hit the limit, yet my max operating voltage never says yes even when my voltage hits its max of 1.095
Does this mean the card is not voltage limited and it would benefit slightly from going up from say 400W of gaming oc to the 420W strix?

Voltage limit means you need to lower the voltage and check for stability with the curve deal in afterburner.
