id change the curtain color for something brighter. Maybe a poster above the monitor or some led shit. As said already cable management.
Cable management would really clean up the look. Get a headset hook so you don’t get your head grease on the screen.

Get a cat. Cats give a +50% internet points bonus. Not saying get rid of the dog. But get a cat in the picture
Space above to the right would be great for art and shelves if you can drill into the wall. If you have the twist ties from cables/purchases can use those to help manage cables and buy a cheap kit of misc management stuff
Get a wireless dog. I couldn’t live if I had to keep mine attached to the wall plug all day.
