Based on my specs should I overclock this? I don’t know if I should mess around with it or not because I don’t understand it. I’m new to of gaming and I get overall good fps 1440p. Last photo shows my fans and liquid cpu cooler. Not sure if it’s safe to use EZ tuning. Please let me know what you guys think or if it’s worth it for gaming.

The auto / ai stuff just leads to problems.
No. overclock manually whenever possible.
Unless you like to run 1.6V into your cpu then it’s fine.
1.42 is a little high u know, unless u running 5.2GHz
Depending on the CPU type
It is extremely unstable. It might’ve even damaged my previous CPU which was replaced after weird issues.
Also I’ve the same CPU with z690 plus. I suggest setting the L2 to 253W. It is set to auto on ASUS boards(Im assuming you have it same on z790) which is 4096W that also causes instability since CPU constantly hits 100C under load. Didnt impact performance at all.
You can also undervolt. I’ve undervolted mine 90mV where it is stable but that may vary.
