Ah, I’ll wait for Digital Foundry. Feel like they have better rep with this kind of coverage and will provide actual video footage. These could be 100% accurate, but they could also not without more information.
This entire article is BS. The Youtube video they’re provided was encoded at 720p30, so it’s entirely useless in determining the framerate. I don’t trust their screenshots one bit, as all the (official) gameplay footage we’ve seen so far suggests an unlocked and unstable framerate between 30-60. It certainly does not average 59.5 fps at any point.
If someone can prove otherwise, I’d love to see it. I have yet to see any videos of this game running at a locked 60fps for even a minute.
I’m excited for the pawns and a single player game. so much disappointing shit for the past couple years.

On what settings, what were the system specs? Just saying an average fps has no meaning.
I just hope the pc version runs decently on shit hardware. Too many new games eat graphic cards for lunch and don’t even look good.
