Not entirely sure about the different heights for the screens, but other than a clean as heck setup and definitely kinda jealous!

Lovely space. If you want to get granular:
-Risers for your speakers (will prevent shaking and transmission of bass into floor)
-Wrist rest for keyboard / elbow rest for mouse
-Adhesive hidden drawer for under countertop – will keep it clean but still give you access to a pen and such

Looks amazing, but I have to assume it would be more ergonomic if you rotated everything on the desk 45 degrees clockwise and sat flush to the long side of the desk, as it was intended. But it may be the sloped low ceiling preventing you from doing that.
