I just built my new pc did some research today but im still new to overclocking and i have some questions.

My specs are,
AIO; Ek Nucleus 360mm
Mobo; Msi z790-s wifi
64gb RAm 6600mhz( idk if it matters)
Settings;
XMP on
turbo offset +5 p core
turbo offset +4 e core
bclk limit on
power limit 300W
Adaptive + core voltage 1.420
Cooler set to Water Cooled
Idle sits below 27C, gaming below 67C
Cinebench R24 results:
Single Core 139, 6-6.1 ghz 1.44 volts, max temp 67
Multicore 1942,5.1-5.2 ghz 1.25 volts, max core temps for cores 0-19;
74C-73C-77C-80C-79C-79C-79C-80C-68C-68C-68C-68C-65C-66C-66C-66C-63C-63C-63C-63C
Is it normal for some of the cores to be 5 degrees hotter or is my cooler not seated properly? these temps didn’t last more 1-2 seconds, they instantly went back to 67C-70C.
Second, what causes my multi score to be this low? why are the cores locked to 5.2 ghz on full load? stock i7 147k seems to do slight over 2000 in multicore, according to [https://www.cgdirector.com/cinebench-2024-scores/](https://www.cgdirector.com/cinebench-2024-scores/). Am i missing a setting? or is my motherboard VRM’s not enough? (12+1+1)
I want to push for 6.2 ghz on one or two cores, There seems to be more thermal headroom but I don’t want to go above 1.5v. I’m also planning to get a contact frame and replace the paste with PK3. I want to get as much performance for Blender’s viewport which should be single core.

A 5 degree core spread is really good, usually it is 10 degrees or more.
Are you running into the 300 watt power limit?
Also check your current limit, this independent of the package power limit and can cause throttling.
If you really want to maximize the overclock then get the direct die EK AIO. It should reduce your temps by at least 15C.
