I really think we need a flowchart to determine is something needs a remake.
Remake a game if two or more of these conditions are satisfied:
* One or two console generations behind (PS3/X360 games like the first 3 Batman Arkhams to be remade for PC, PS5 and X1), or game is at least a decade old
* Native support for newer and more controllers (Dualsense and Dualsense Edge)
* Support for newer graphics cards
* Gameplay mechanics are outdated
* The OG game was made for a small audience and now needs to be updated and remade on today’s engines for a worldwide audience (Like A Dragon: Ishin)

So games that would really need a full blown remake would be:
The original Uncharted games (Nathan Drake Collection never hit PC
The Core Design Tomb Raider games (yes Remastered just came out and the outdated gameplay mechanics are flawed; even Legend, Anniversary and Underworld are still playable by today’s standards)
