Why are you calculating something that is already provided? Is that hwinfo64? It shows IA64 cores independently and total sum if that is what you’re concerned + breaks it down to volts and amps.
“CPU Package” is the total wattage the thing you hold in your hand before you put it in the motherboard with the little green board and metal piece…….
