Hey all I’m new to OCing, watched some guides and read through forums for my motherboard, but I can’t seem to get past 3.6 (only with turbo on, otherwise 3.3). I added some screenshots of my BIOS and CPU-Z/Core temps while under Prime 95 stress test.
CPU: i5 6600 (non k)
Motherboard: ASUS sabertooth Z170 s
Memory: 16g ddr4
Gpu: nvidia he’s 1060 6 gb
It seems that even when I set my core speeds to anything over 33, it still only uses 33 multiplier. If I go above 102 on the BCLK frequency to try to offset this, my pc won’t start and I have to reconfigure in the bios.
Any tips or ideas appreciated!

You have a locked chip, there is nothing you can do.
Locked cpu but maybe there’s a Bios that still allows ocing that. But no guarantee on anything then
