Might I suggest you check out any of the refuge systems in place right now. I live in New York and they were recently giving out credit cards with money on them just to get people a fresh start. Minimum wage is also really high here. Just a thought.

Good luck! Maybe replace it with a cheap pre-built 2015-era? Like a GTX-970+2600k kombi. That way you can still play most games, just reduced graphics. Here in Germany a system like that costs around €200-300 (full build).
I had that kombi until Summer 2021. Did well with even modern games.
