Having memory stability issues using buildzoids am5 ddr5 settings: https://youtu.be/dlYxmRcdLVw?si=nL3GHv9LQBAWB4RV

My specs are:

Ryzen 7600x

Gigabyte B650M Aorus elite AX

GSKILL 2x16GB F5-6400J3239G16GX2-TZ5K

Ram is HYNIX M DIE

SoC voltage is 1.25
VDDIO & VDDQ is 1.35

I tried buildzoids settings, passed ycruncher but failed on OCCT. I get random crashes/freezes.

Rolled everything back to default JEDEC and everything is stable but I’d like to be able to support 6000 30-39-39 with tightened timings. (Basically buildzoids recommended subtimings)

Any recommendations on what I should scale back for sub timings or if I should boost voltages? Is vddio vddq 1.4v safe on ryzen 7000?

  1. Not all Ryzen 7000 CPUs can run 6400.

    Try higher SoC.
