Hello Own-Blacksmith-2466, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

Don’t get a 4070 I’d get a amd due to it being 50% more performance for dollar but yes, I think you know how good that pc is
TieUnited2457
This would be good enough to play every game in 1080p and maybe even 1440p
Vhirsion
Get a better 4070S model and maybe go for AM5 instead
Sp3cV
Definitely a good Pc for med to low graphics on 720p. Lol honestly it’s a great rig for high/ultra 1440p

I cry when I see posts like this

Thats better than the average gaming pc i guess (reddit is really a bad place to ask, here they almost always want/have super ultra high end pc’s that cost at least 2500), and most are people who never played games on MSDOS with VGA or EGA, and are a costum to 4k and 120hertz refresh, etc, and never used a 5 1/4 floppy to load a game…
Sp3ctralForce
Depends on what you consider decent, but it’s a great build for 1080p and 1440p, kinda entry to 4k.
I’d recommend switching to an AM5 mobo/CPU and an AMD GPU, as both are better performance/dollar, and the AM5 mobo will be upgradeable for a few generations.
Also, pcpartpicker.com (or whatever you region’s version of .com is) will search through a few different sites for the cheapest place to buy a given part, so you can save a bit more money
CNM2495
The i7 and 4070 combo isn’t optimal.

I game with a intel i5 8600k and a asus geforce gtx 1060… you’ll be fine..
