he is most likely cheating, also this is clearly a macro as he uses it on full auto

Rapid fire trigger macro, Cronus, or regular hacks with rapid semi auto mod. Lots of ways to do this now, none legit
He might be running a macro that rapid fires semi-auto or he bound the trigger to the mouse scroll wheel and is scroll firing. Either way, it’s cheating/exploiting.
He could be cheating in other means, but if you’re saying he’s shooting too fast b.c you died too fast, that’t aint it. Your HP and the weapon’s TTK matches up perfectly at 450ms in this clip. And you were finished by a m4, you can see in the kill cam, it’s not a mystery.
If ppl have problems shooting at 400+ rpm in this game, start playing flipped where your bumper is now your trigger
