I see you are running a rx6800, what are your other specs? First thing to check is make sure v-snyc and freesync are disabled.

If I’m reading that frequency graph right, it looks like your 6800 is running at less than 1,000 MHz for the entire duration of the test. What version of Adrenaline are you on?
