“When asked about invisible skins in Warzone – and why they don’t just disable or remove the said skin till fixed – developers said ‘it’s complicated’ as you can’t just take away ‘a skin someone bought’ so easily. ‘Very complicated situation.'”

This was in 2022, they shut down Warzone 1 the next year.

    Well they didn’t “take away” your WZ1 skins. Those skins still exist and are usable in each COD game they came from. MW2019, Cold War, Vanguard.

    The only thing they took away was your ability to play WZ1, but that’s an entirely different thing. As far as the skins go, they’re simply locked behind 3 different $60 paywalls if you haven’t already owned them.
