My in-game name is Magma1256 and apparently I’m in the top 100 150+ Eliminations for my Country (86 to be precise).
My KD is 10.25 in top Squads and 12.85 in Duo.
My friend recommended I should join an Esports team and actually try and make use of my “skills” but idk if I could with these stats, plus if I could, idk how I would join in the first place 😅 any advice for me

Classic games and esport matches (even scrims or tier 3-2 tournaments) are the whole different things. You can start by searching for solo tournaments, then you will eventually meet your future team members for duo/squad tournaments.
Noone will take you into his team because you don’t have any esport experience.
