I mean saburo was closing in on 160 when he died, Kerry and the gang are in their late 80s or even early 90s, and they have the tech to preserve people in stasis for a fairly long time provided they’ve got the money, and to clone tissues and organs to replace failing ones. So yeah people can live a long time in cyberpunk. IF they have the money.

When you can chrome everything but your actual brain, that’s what has the expiration date. Look how hard Saburo worked on taking the brain out of the equation. He knew that was the final weakness. That being said, cyberpsychosis would probably be a serious issue once going 100% chrome.

Rouge is like 70 and has an ass that won’t quit.

Take a look at the cyberware we are installing. The human body could go indefinitely if it wasn’t for age degradation. New legs, bones, heart, lungs blah de blah, spine. You’re good to go. The human brain would happily keep going if everything else around it wasn’t failing on it.

well Saburo was a ww2 veteran
Swordbreaker9250
Kerry Eurodyne is 89
Tech in this universe, at least for the rich, allows them to live much longer while remaining more youthful

Probably harvesting skin they way rich people harvest organs. Ultra rich can keep young no problem. Plus cyberware and medical tech of the time.

The game just barely brushes on the full range of cyber and bio tech available in that setting. It would feel like a completely different game if they added half of what was left out.

Well with modern science in that universe, getting to 200 would be feasible. You essentially have cyberware that can really change how you move, how you feel, things that you can do, imagine if we had cyberware in our universe. If we had their technology, it would change the outcome of our planet drastically. People would live a lot longer having implants that can prolong your life by an extra hundred years or more. I believe Kerry was 90 but didn’t look like it because of cyberware implants and most likely some kind of anti-aging device.

Dr. Breen still looking good.

Saburo was a WW2 veteran and died at 158 with the cause “getting choked by Yorinobu”, looking like maybe in his 80s.
Rogue, Hanako, Yorinobu and Kerry are close to their 80s and 90s, they look all between the late 30s and early 50s. The amount of money they made probably secured them some cybernethics to significantly reduce aging.
