    > Crystal Dynamics has given us our first look at what may be Lara Croft’s new design for the next title, combining her reboot and classic looks to form a “unified” Lara Croft for the first time. Lara’s new design was revealed rather unceremoniously in an image uploaded to the new Tomb Raider website, though it appears you’ll need to become a member if you want to see it in the wild.

It’s a good thing that Raiders like to share.

I liked all versions, the classic “pointy” iteration and the reboot one too.

I really liked Lara Croft version which was featured in Tomb Raider: Survivor Trilogy.

She better have a dump truck. No way she short caked while climbing mountains, jumping gaps, sprinting constantly, and beating up bad guys. On top with dealing with wild life and solving physical demanding puzzles.

When has anyone seen an athlete with a flat @55?

Not pointy bazoombas. Bazooombas too round. Won’t play it

She looks like the MTG card version I feel. Would have to look at it again

She looks like Kassandra from AC Odyssey

Her face looks like a leaner Leon Kennedy tf

Imagine making a DMC reboot, then only after like 10 years and multiple game entries, does he get his signature red coat….

Ready and wet… wait, I don’t mean THAT!

Oh this is going to be an entirely reasonable unproblematic comment section…

Classic guns and outfit. She kinda looks like Survivor Lara after a few years of adventuring and sporting the ponytail.

I hope this game sticks to the roots of tomb raider. The third game specifically spent too much time with other people and not enough of the solo adventure the games were known for. I swear to god if she has a companion throughout the entire game Im gonna be pissed.

Jokes aside I really enjoyed all the newer games. They remind me of the uncharted series which I also love.

But I liked the ones from the last few games 🙁

I wouldn’t have my hopes up to get a game from Embracer Group. This has like 70% chance of getting canceled and them firing the dev team.

Pretty cool, looks like a combination of the original design and the more recent ones.

I really hope this time we get more of original badass Lara. The reboot was cool but it blows my mind that they spent 3 games with her acting somewhat helpless. You’d think after the first game she’d stop constantly crying to ‘JOONAAAAH!” for help every 5 minutes since she’s clearly demonstrated she’s more capable than anybody she works with. Give me badass, dual wielding pistols, doing gymnastics in caves Lara Croft.

Having her use her dual pistols at the end of the first reboot game only to never use them again was a huge oversight

  19. Got a bad feeling for the next games with the Fortnite/CoD collabs and whatever else. Incoming live service game.

The new Lara Croft sure looks a lot like the old one.

  21. Erbodyloveserbody

I may be a bit brash here, but that definitely looks like Laura Croft to me

  22. Spacemayo

It looks good but Camilla Ludington Lara Croft was peak Tomb Raider. Hopefully this one is as good as the reboot was.

  23. Linkario86

I can already see people calling her fat

  24. Do we know anything regarding Cannon? Is this entirely new, based off the reboot, based off the original?

Like all media these days, I’m suspicious. Not gonna jump on any bandwagons, just wait til it drops and see if it’s good before I get excited. My guess it will be a disappointing agenda driven game.
