Hi guys. I’ve got two pairs of 2×8 (4×8) patriot viper steel 4000, B-die. They are paired with a 5600x on a b550m GB ds3h. Chip’s FCLK isn’t stable above 1800. Well I can post 1900 at cl16, pass multiple test but it randomly hard reboots upon bios exis so yeah, not stable. I did manage 2×8 3800 cl16 but since I got two more sticks I’ve done multiple tries and can’t seem to get fclk stable (same for 3766). Tried multiple SoC voltages – unstable, so decided to go with 3600cl14. Dims are set to 1.5V in bios despite zentiming’s report of 1.48. TBH I don’t want to go above 1.5V.

Question is could I tighted something more? I’m not going for an aggressive OC, just tight and stable.

  1. 1.15v SOC, 1.55v DIMM. You should be able to do either 3733 14-14-14-13 or 3866 14-14-14-13, tRFC 240 or 260. tRRDL 4, tWTRL 8, minimize tRC
