PCIe is the socket where your GPU goes therefore respectively it is cable that goes in your gpu

The PCIe cables go to your graphics card, and the cable marked CPU will mount in your motherboards 8-pin header

For modern Nvidia cards, just assume all of them.

Any time I see a modular power supply I feel the need to spread awareness that you cannot mix and match cables from them, in hopes that it saves someone from the same expensive mistake I made.
That said, PCIE is for your gpu. I don’t recommend using the splitter cables if it has multiple sockets.

it depends, do you have a normal GPU? then PCIe

an overclocked RTX 4090 cooled with liquid nitrogen: **ALL OF THEM**

I’m scared for your pc parts

If it’s 2×8 pin pcie. Also, psu cables are NOT interchangeable with other brands, not even same brand (unless exact model, even then they could revise). Don’t play around.

  8. Is no one reading the fucking manual anymore?

Remember to use type 4 pcie cables only in those pcie plugins. Do not use cables from a psu that is not compatible. That includes even corsair psus that say to use type 5. The Rmx series are the ones for type 4. Look at the label at the bottom of the psu to ensure you do not mess that up. There is also a reason corsair opted on most of their units to use the 8 pin ports instead of a native 12vhpwr plug. Those 8 pin pcie ports can supply 319 watts per port. This is why 2 of those can easily power a 4090.

Make sure you do NOT use the CPU cable on the GPU. It was possible in my case.

Bottom right four labeled PCIe, you’ll connect as many PCIe 8-pin cables as you need.

Others have answered your question. Just wanted to say if your gpu takes two power connectors, use two power connectors rather than one split cable!
