Okay. I’m not sure if you are kidding or not. If you are not kidding, let me break the good/bad news to you. That is a bot. AI in the game. They are pretty stupid, but they still hit some banger shots here and there…. Because.. they ARE aimbot.
Death cams don’t show anything accurately. That snap is just the death cam so the only thing we can see here is the guy got a bolty headshot on you.

Yes,they did tune up the bots considerably,they will attack in groups,flank you and your team and even lay down while sniping now.
and yes,they have auto aim,or aimbot,because they are bots.
