My PUBG won’t load up it’s stuck on either this Welcome Back:First Match Screen or the Loading Screen. When in this Welcome Back: First Match screen I can’t seem to click collect and it’s just stuck like this the game just freezes

And when in Loading Screen it’s stuck on 47% and that’s it, it won’t go any higher idk if it’s my phone or the game I’m currently using a Vivo v27e with Helio G99 processor I’m thinking that my phone might be the problem
Just turn off the game and switch off your phone and then restart the game once more. Maybe I think it will start to work, that way.
