That’s not a cyborg, per se. It’s not keeping any of the creature’s inherent ‘system’ aspects through augmentation. This is a kind of taxidermy, I suppose? Techromancy, if you will.
A tech zombie doomed to decay, while following commands until it rots too much. As a project goes, aside from shock factor, he’d be better off just making it out of titanium clockwork elements.
Unless the goal was RGB? If so, should have used some noodz for neon effect. Then it’d be a Neon Zombie Beetle.
