Dave from Finance can’t download certain filetypes – those that he can were scanned before they entered his mailbox.
If Dave from Finance does manage to obtain a file that has passed general security checks, but is still malicious – the vast majority of actions will trigger an automated response. No registry editing, no malicious script usage, no strange web traffic, no strange behaviour from ordinary applications using the MITRE ATT&CK guidelines

I open suspicious emails attachments and click on malicious links on mine and my co workers office pc just to f with IT team.
