a quick TLDR: Blizzard’s HR “promoted” Chris Sayers from a Senior VFX artist to a VFX Lead, with increasement in workload and responsibilities ONLY

the rest of his profits (payment increase, etc) pretty much did not exist, and when he decided to resign from the position, the douchebag HR made sure that he would struggle finding a new job in the field

yeah, basic Bliztard shenanigans, i hope every employee leaves and let the company turn to dust

How is one company able to concentrate so many complete and utter assholes within its ranks. It is honestly commendable that they are able to find literally the worst people in the industry to hire, promote and keep at home.

If you listen to devs in high profile companies, they all work “excessively” but where are the result? Blizzard game have been bad for a while. Really bad. People working excessively (according to their personal metric) is irrelevant. Those companies have bloated workforce that is very inefficient.

This article is dogshit. Journalism is dead and they replaced with glorified tiktoker. No proof provided. Just straight up bias opinion telling you what you should think.
