Queen Vanessa’s Manor from A Hat in Time.
Subcon Forest in general has a horror vibe, but in more of a fun, halloween special kind of way. Vanessa’s Manor was genuinely scary.

One of the endings for CP77: Phantom Liberty has you go through a survival horror section at the very end. I was not expecting it and it was amazing.

When I was a kid i played Gex into the gecko and there was a horror level that kinda scared me. I was pretty young at the time and there were jump scare enemy’s that chased you

Quake ms DOS games traumatized me as a kid. Hexen not so much. Nor doom. No idea why quake was so terrifying that as an adult I still am scared playing it. These old dos shooters were and still are fun to play.

Any of the ruins in Morrowind. The game was darker which made it scarier than any of the new ES games.

Turning on the generators at the end of Uncharted 1 (I was like 12 years old and could only muster the courage to complete that part by turning on all my bedroom lights and blasting Disney music)
CocoajoeGaming
The flood in halo, Minecraft when I was younger, and a couple more other moments.
Of course only scary moments, not hard moments that scared me/had my heart pumping.
If I had to pick a heart pumping moment it would be in EldenRing, or Sekiro.

The shark in Banjo Kazooie.

The flood level in halo 1, I didn’t beat the game for like, a year because of that lmao. Everything about it. The video log that vaguely shows you what happened, the music giving you that perfect sense of terror, the ten or 15 seconds of looking around in terror, and then suddenly a bunch of what look like crawling heads start literally flooding at you from all directions. What a sick enemy. Game devs don’t put nearly this much thought into enemy types anymore

Finale of the PlayStation Spider-Man game where Carnage takes over Doc Ock and you have a really difficult chase scene for a kid as old as I was. Meanwhile he’s smashing against the walls chasing you and going “GURAUUUGH DIE DIE DIE!”
Trying and failing that level had me actually scared as a kid and I needed to stop playing and try again down the line.

Since you are playing Star Wars, I remember playing a Star Wars game on Nintendo 64, there was a level that required you to go down to the sewers and down there was a big giant octopus it was pretty scary, I forgot the name of the game tho.
