This happened to me too, it’s a bug. I think it happens somewhere along the lines of Dogtown quests. No need to worry though, it shouldn’t effect anything other than that single text.

Since the whole Myers sitch happened V can’t use her phone. Judy was pissed because V wasn’t able to be in contact with her for at least 2 days probably worried sick too

Reading through that, it seems like the reply you sent might be meant as a sarcastic response? I feel like it works as a sarcastic thing to say in that convo but it’s hard to tell that is what it’s meant to be (if it is) because sarcasm can sometimes be hard to gauge without hearing tone of voice. I think maybe they wrote that as a sarcastic reply but it’s not totally clear that’s what you’re choosing. There are other lines in the game that are spoken out loud that have this issue too, I’ve picked some of them and only realized they’re meant to be snarky once V actually says the line.

The text conversation is bugged. I’ve gone through it multiple different ways and there is supposed to be another set of messages between her and V right above “It works. Scientifically proven.” Judy’s text never sends for V to respond to, so the game acts as if you ghosted her.

It’s a bug. I’ve had other texts bug too where she acts like you’ve ignored her for a week. Went to do the mission where you take over Clouds, went straight there and met Judy, Tom and Roxy, and I get a lippy text from Judy about taking too much time as I approached the meeting point.
