My first game after the update I grabbed my tombstone with 3 plate vest, large bag, couple other things and 300k essence. Less then a minute later game crashed. Almost just quit right then lol. Second game did the tier 3 cargo contract and got the ray gun case 🤷♂️

This was happening to me before the update, tbf. Had it happen 3 times in one raid, once. I think what is happening is that the zombies who are usually banging on the door end up phasing through the door and the mercs spam frags at it, blowing up the LTV.
