You can’t pick up any loot aside from quest items. Anything that is given to you as a gift is okay. You must earn all of your money through working hard and not stealing or taking advantage of open suitcases next to a sleeping homeless guy.
I think the game makes you automatically pickup bullets, so you’ll need to let that one slide.

(1) Play on very hard difficulty mode.
(2) Drive safely (no hitting other vehicles) and follow the traffic rules at all times except during combat.
(3) You cannot fast travel anywhere and you can only walk when not in combat. You cannot sprint when not in combat.
(4) Eat food three times a day at right times, sleep at 11 pm and get up at 6 am. Take a shower and then start the day.

Every skill and perk upgraded, except for body and it’s corresponding perks, basically being a glass cannon. You’re deadly with everything else, but your health, athleticism, annihilation, and street brawling attributes are lower than everything else.
