Hey everyone, I purchased my Alienware R12 about two years ago, expecting it to handle gaming with ease. However, it’s not living up to expectations. I’ve attached the specs in the picture. Even on ultra-low settings, I’m barely getting 200 FPS in CS:GO, and it fluctuates between 100-200 FPS. Plus, I can’t even run Warzone smoothly. Is there something wrong with my setup? Can someone take a look and help shed some light on what might be causing these issues? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Never owned an Alienware but do they come pre-installed with a bunch of bloatware? Clean install of Windows might help also update the video drivers

Is the RAM single or dual channel?

Is XMP enabled? I have heard that on some Dell/Alienware products they don’t even support it.

Is the CPU or GPU thermal throttling under stress tests? It is common that pre-builts have mediocre cooling.
