This is what it looks like in a Fortnite lobby. No ongoing gameplay, no nothing. Firstly is it even possible to overclock? I read that my CPU, Intel i7-1255u, can go from 1.7GHZ to 4.7GHZ.
Next is it even safe to overclock? I’m already at 60°C with 10% CPU usage and 24% integrated graphics usage.
Any advice is appreciated, right now all I can play is Roblox and Minecraft with third party FPS boosting, maybe League of Legends but I hate the community. I want to play Fortnite, Elden Ring, Hogwats Legacy too…

Locked cpu – you cant overclock it , try to undervolt it maybe it will work better.
You dont have a gpu,you cant really game with it.
Third party fps boosters are fake and are not working,you can uninstall it.
