Couldn’t find anything relating to a potential helicopter on Die Rise. Most of the cut content I can find on the wiki relates to TranZit and the cut DLC5.
It may have just been artwork for the map pack poster and nothing more.

Lmao I remember the speculation videos from NGTZombies back in the day, Bus Route B, the Bus Route B going to Nuketown, the area under the bank in Town being the storage facility for the denizens all kinds of wack ass theories we haven’t got in a while.
Tho that Carver being the mole theory was the closest we got to that kind of speculation in awhile.
