Honestly all the stuff in Mass Effect and other similar games.
Like I personally cannot imagine playing a cinematic, story focused game, and then skipping the cinematic and story aspects of it. Like… why would I even be playing it then? These games do not feature amazing gameplay. Like if I wanted to just turn off my brain and do some action, I’d pick a completely different genre.

Sovereign is an excellent pick. I still remember the feeling of dread I experienced back in the day.
Another very recent one: freeing the Nightsong in BG3.

All of the Max Payne cutscenes
The game just feels like a Noir classic when played thoroughly. And for the voice actor ( rest in power) to also be the character likeness and part of the development team. Legendary gaming man.
All Raphael’s scenes in balder’s gate 3. He is just oozing bad guy energy and I can’t get enough of it!!

All the Halo Cutscenes.
Skulysoul
Gherman’s last monologue from Bloodborne. Everything, from the way he stands up, to him quickly assembling his scythe, it’s too good to just skip.

I don’t skip anything unless I’ve seen it umpteen times.
Yes, Melania, I know you’re the blade of Miquella, and, yes, you have never known defeat. Don’t think that’s likely to change this round either, is it?

The Old World Blues DLC for Fallout New Vegas grinds to a stand-still right at the start with an incredibly long dialogue section with the Think Tank. It’s honestly kinda bad from a game-design standpoint, but the the writing and voice acting are so great, I always end up listening to all of it.

Sovereign was the only villain in any game I played to this point that made me feel so… insignificant, low and unworthy of anything. Amazing lines.

Any cutscene made by Blizzard. Their games may have fallen off, but their cinematics and cut scenes are always top tier.

I never skip cutscenes. What is wrong with you people? Do you fast forward through movies as well?

South Parks Stick of Truth when Cartman berates you for trying to skip his dialogue.
On a more serious note though, can never find the strength to skip Arthur’s goodbye to his horse in RDR2.

I never skip cutscenes, even dialogues. I feel that if I am not 100% invested, then its not worth playing.
