I was really amazed by a scene in a game where the buildings looked like makeshift shanties, and the street was a total mess. There were cables all around the buildings, and laundry was hanging out to dry. Despite the chaos, people were hanging out on a container, and there was a small boxing competition happening, which surprisingly felt calming. I just stood there, watching the competition with the locals, and it made me feel the vibe of the neighborhood and the moment.
This street didn’t have any special events or gameplay stuff; it was just a path to somewhere else. I had a lot of respect for the folks who created all of this. It must be amazing to see people reacting to the world they built in the game.
