I recently noticed this. I have a small overclock on my CPU, running a 5.3GHz on the P-cores and 4.2GHz on the E-cores. I noticed today that my clock speeds very frequently fluctuate between 1.1GHz on the P-cores and 800MHz on the E-cores, up to the overclock maximum. This happens when my system is idle. It almost looks like thermal throttling, but this would be impossible since my CPU package temperature is chilling at 28-30 degrees celcius. I haven’t seen this before. Is something wrong with my chip?
