nearly all of your secondaries and tertiaries look untouched except tCWL. Check if you get tRFC down, work on your WR in the primaries if you feel like it, it could probably go lower. When it comes to secondaries theres low to no need for voltage increases. To be honest I dont see any reason right now to go above 1.35 since you basically didnt touch anything to a big extend.
Make sure to update your chipset drivers to the newest version from Dec. 2023! There is a known bug within all preceding chipset drovers, which could effectively nullify performance gains or even revert them when going above 3200MT/s on Ryzen 7 CPUs of that generation. Test thoroughly to make sure that bug doesnt apply to your system because if it does, then you are losing performance by even running 3600Mt/s. Once you ruled that out, work on the timings, you may want to try getting 3800Mt/s, which your FClK should easily do. Maybe try 4000 synced on low timings with low voltage added to see whether your cpu may give you some nice headspace, it is an x3d cpu tho so meh
