I feel bad for him.
Guy just saw internal stuff and thought the multiplayer stuff was for Zombies and got excited, easy mistake to make when you’re not even the studio working on it atm, he deleted it and apologised for getting it wrong yet people still blame him for making a mistake anyone could have made.
This is why most devs don’t talk at all, one mistake and the community wants you dead, not like it was him himself who made the decision to not have MWZ content.

Do people really think someone ran out and bought mw3 just to play zombies because of his tweet. Of course not, he just made the rookie mistake of being hyped because he thought the mid season stuff was coming at launch or he just didn’t think people would be so upset by the delay
