Man, this was a rough one indeed.

My first playthrough was as FemV romancing Judy. >!I saved just before the ending decisions on the rooftop, so i could come back later and check out the other ones. The first two i tried were “the sun” and “the tower”, in both of wich you get left by her, both time for kinda understandable reasons. I even told her to get out of NC while i went on the suicide mission in orbit and accepted her moving on after waking up in Langley.!<

    >!But yeah, for the player, a couple minutes pass, but for your friends and loved ones, its been 2 whole years. Honestly, it would have been shocking if no one had moved on, and she deserves all the happiness she can get! In my headcannon V leaves NC and goes to the east coast to get that cozy desk job as Reeds assistant. So who knows, taking on Judys offer of at least visiting is at least an option…!<

My girlfriend watched my playthroughs on this game and she adored Judy, was ride or die for her – until this ending.
She turned hostile to Judy after this and pretty much is team Panam/Kerry now.

why do people dislike this so much? is she unhappy in that ending or something?

Judy doesn’t seem like someone who would move to Pittsburgh, I originally speculated she would just end up moving to Seattle.

I was heartbroken, but also so happy to see Judy in a healthy relationship and genuinely happy.

Judy moved on and invites V for a drink at her home. Can’t exactly expect her to stay in NC for 2 years after loosing her gf.

I like this new version of her. Got mama wells vibes

I never liked Judy anyway. So smug

That ending had the “There’s no happy ends in Cyberpunk” energy forced hard into it
