So as many of you already know with update 2.11 CDPR added the ability to change the default colors of the purchasable Rayfield cars.
There’s two slots you change on a Rayfield vehicle. The main body color and the sub color+headlights.
I found a bug however that lets you change the headlights of any car you drive.
The menu for pulling up the color slider isn’t disabled in game, it’s just hidden by the UI.
You can still use it, but it only changes to slot 2, the headlights will take effect on non Rayfield vehicles and motorcycles.
For the headlights to change colors on both bikes and cars you need to exit and renter the vehicle for it to take effect.
There is a visual bug with it not resetting to the default color on bikes however.
Going play around with it more to see if it persist between saves and respawns.

Update: You cannot change the colors of the Murkman Caliburn, there’s an in game lore error that explains that it has a bios error.
Works for every other vehicle though.
Update 2: The color on my headlights changed in real time on the Rattler.
Will continue testing further if this holds true for other cars.
Update 3: Colors are now changing for me in real time, it wasn’t doing that before ^~^

Update 4: This seems works on every car in the game even the ones you steal.
Except for Murkman man’s vehicle and probably some other special ones too.
Thanks OP this is even working for me on PS5! PREEM! It does indeed change the headlights of every vehicle I’ve tested other than murkman, and you don’t even need to get off just quick press the same button you use to turn on your rims twice and they should change color.
I don’t think we can change the rim colors tho, not yet anyway lol (I’m really hoping they suppor this more), but still this is pretty preem choom! Even the headlights on bikes can be changed.
