Probably my main complaint about 11 thus far (using for the first time on a new build).

Started using Startallback. No regrets
_Bearcat29
Move it? Like on the side or on top? Shame to see option disappearing but I never encounter someone putting it elsewhere than at the bottom.
XLIV_tm
id be pissed if I couldn’t left align it
notchartymindblom
You can still move it on windows 11 idk what ur talking about
GraveKommander
I used to have it on the right side of the monitor… well, at least the center bullshit is deactivateable
CitySeekerTron
The start menu is the same as they had in Windows 8 but less functional. The main difference is that it doesn’t fill the screen.
I want the old Start menu and taskbar back.
redditorus99
They still have hide task bar and anyone who doesn’t use a bottom task bar was a degenerate anyways.
wogolfatthefool
I want it small. Won’t let me resize it, looks fucking monstrous
Keldrath
I have it a chance and ended up liking it just fine
WrongSubFools
Bought a program called StartAllBack to restore a fully functional taskbar. Costs $5. It’s dumb that we need to pay money to restore something we already had, but it’s worth it.
Tony-2112
I always put it on the left of the screen. Makes sense with a widescreen display so was very pissed when this wasn’t possible in 11. Especially on work machines where word docs are usually landscape
Darklordofbunnies
After seeing the crap they did to 11, I switched to Linux.

VERTICAL TASKBAR GANG RISE UP! I keep mine on the right side of my monitor, like a dirty filthy heathen.
Jonnyshuffle
I will be stating on 10 till I’m dragged onto 11 kicking and screaming.

Dynamitrios
all it takes is a right-click on the taskbar and opening the taskbar settings and choosing alignment, to make it your bitch… tadaaaaa… looks like win 10 again… why are peeps so hellbent on hating Win 11 and coming up with such bogus complaints?
Pentecount
I decided to switch to Windows 11 on my new build last year. I am now regretting it. Stick with 10 until the next one comes out!
ThatManitobaGuy
I’ll be on 10 for a while yet.
Left side taskbar gang ftw!
PrefiroMoto
I had to upgrade to w10 after trying to adapt to w11
GaijinPadawan
Migrate to Linux
No_Butterscotch_3933
its been 3 years man get over it
Alexandratta
As someone who hasn’t clicked on the taskbar in about 8 years, I could care less about it’s placement.
I press the damned “Windows” key for it.
Thechosenjon

I want my windows 10 back. I regret „upgrading“ so much.
BanDit49_X
Also realizing that Windows 11 is sooo much slower compared to Windows 10(especially the file explorer).
