You have a tiny desk..Why clutter it with a PC?
unless you have a dog or a kid, there is never a good reason to have a PC on a desk

Leave the pc off the desk. I got a small stand that keeps my pc from being directly on the ground because I have carpet, so you could always do that.
I recommend some speaker stands, it’ll help clean up the tight space and probably sound better too.
It took me a while, but once I picked a “main” monitor I was much happier with my dual monitor setup. Looking to one side for gaming gets really annoying to me. Don’t be afraid to center one monitor and have one to the side, it’s why the landscape+portrait config is so popular.
