On a more serious note on a realistically proportional human head the eyes are pretty much exactly in the middle, height wise. As it is on that picture. A very rounds skull might indicate V was born using C-section tho, otherwise it would be slightly deformed (a normal deformity everyone popped out the normal way has, basically a sliiightly squished skull).
